45 things to do with a weight vest
This is pretty straight forward. Here is a list of things you can do while wearing a weight vest. I do not recommend do any of these the day before a heavy lower body workout.

Where would one get a weight vest, and do I need to know anything about posture, etc, before I do things in it? I'm a novice. :)
Just a doc
If you do not have a weight vest you can pick one up from www.elitefts.com.
Keep your posture normal. Your weight vest will weigh the same on the front and back so it should even. Try not to round your lower back too much if you are bending over. Start with a lighter vest and work up to a heavier one later.
